It is usually attached near the "fold" of the reat seat with some push clips, and perhaps a few screws that may be hidden in the nap of the carpet along the edges. The push clips can be pried up with two wide blade screwdrivers on either side. Yours might be different, but the ones I have worked on had a combination of screws and clips...
