Glens suggestions are very good. A good schematic location is at your favorite library and find Michels auto repair manuals. They have excellent schematics for all foreign and domestic auto's. Do you still have your horn? Cruise and horn work on the same power coming into the steering wheel. On some models of Honda the wiring coming into the steering wheel has to come thru the Cable Reel which is right behind the steering wheel. This cable reel holds about 4 to 5 feet of flat wire all coiled up like a slinky which has about 6 very thin strands of wire imbedded in plastic and they break very easily. Two of these wires go to the airbag and the other 4 go to the cruise control and the horn. You could still have a horn yet the same power may not be making it to your cruise control because of a broken wire in the cable reel on the outgoing side of the flat wire. A good schematic will tell you where and how to locate where the power should be.
