 I have a 91 Accord EX, need finding the fuel pump under the hood.

And could someone tell what the problem i having with my A/C, won't cool on hot day (80 to 90 degrees) and really cool when temp is 70 or below...went to a local mechanic said it was compressor. Some help plz.
