TW Sensor will normally give you a code 6. If its hunting when it first starts its your fast idle valve. The fast idle valve sets the rpms around 1800-2k on startup. It has 2 coolant lines running into it. Its on the backside of the intake plenum and has a cap with 2 screws on the top. I'de go to the dealer or a local parts house and pick up a new O ring for your idle screw and a new o ring for the fast Idle valve cap. Carefully unscrew the idle set screw and spray carb cleaner in it til in runs clear, clean off the screw as well. Replace the O ring then reinstall the screw. Screw it all the way in, DO NOT tighten it all the way, then turn it about a turn and a 1/2 back out for a starting point. You should be able to get a large flathead screwdriver and tighten down the fast idle valve. Its not "adjustable" per say, but I've seen it done for temp fixes. If nothing else just order a new fast idle valve for 60 bucks from Majestic honda. They aren't available from local part stores, or I've never seen one at Pep Boys, O reillys, Autozone or any other place but a dealership
