Unfortunatley the aftermarket world has forgotten about the 3rd gen accord. The cast iron A20 block is one of the strongest blocks honda has ever made. You can modify a CAI (cold Air intake) for a 4th gen accord. Replace the factory coil with an accell supercoil or even a complete MSD ignition system. Colt cams and Delta can do a regrind on your stock cam. Larger injector and an fuel pressure regulator are another option. Have to be careful there because of the factory ECU. A header and 2 1/2" exhaust into a dynomax muffler is a great mod to go with. Currently pacesetter is the only one still making a header for the 3rd gen accord, but there are still some DC headers out there (much better than pacesetter)and lightspeed is rumored to be getting back into the game. Raising the compression would give you a nice boost, either by milling the head or going to a higher compression piston. If you really want to make that thing scream you get a fully rebuilt A20 capable of taking upto 400hp for about 1650 bucks. There is also a way to modify the GM DIS setup to work on the accord as well as a turbo setup. Check out accordcentral.com and check out what 3rd gen accord performance is all about
