Where is her owners manual???

If she does not have one, have her get one. And, if she does not have one, then odds are her car was bought at auction and re-sold to her or someone else prior to her receiving it. Of course, it might have been lost along the way, but that is seldom the case.

If you look on EBay you will find many owners manuals for sale, it is a money making effort for companies that buy cars and sell them at auction. Why not strip the car of the paper work and sell that for money later they often say, they being the ones selling them at auction to Honda dealers???

In the manual you will find your answer.
