I believe that it was not the valve. The problem still persists (though I did use a salvaged part from a car with 104k). The idle starts out fine then slowly drops until it runs like it is miss firing. There is still a vacuum leak somewhere or something attached to the vacuum line is not working properly.

Pinching Line 19 makes the car run fine, the choke sets fine and stays set while the problem is occurring, my question is, what other options might I have running off that valve A that could be failing. My next step is to change the line that when I pinch fixes the problem. Might be cracked I guess.

Any suggestions?
