I found several spots leaking into my 92 trunk. A lot of people put new gaskets and if that doesn't work then double gaskets on the tailights.

I just discovered that 3 of the clips under the rear window rubber flap had worked loose. This allowed water to go through each one of the holes into the trunk. The water enters the holes and goes into the channel inside the trunk where it moves around before coming back out, making it hard to pinpoint.

I also found that some of the plastic clips holding the chrome window molding on (the one above the windows, going from the front to the back), had broken, allowing water to enter those holes and travel to--I think--beneath the rear seat.
