Cartoon Network knows things are starting to get stail and have said they're planning a new lineup for Adult Swim soon. First the'll be replacing Inu Yasha and Blue Gender (when they've finished their current runs) with another run of FLCL and Kikaida. After those two have finished their runs (likely twice) we should be seeing some new stuff start. Also Adult Swim is coming back to Startday nights (6 nights a week!) and they plan on (or are looking into) using that as a movie night with a lot of interest in showing the Inu Yasha movies. They could decide to show new stuff that night too, especially something like Zeta that they'll want to market both ways.

OK, not a direct answer, but theories are going from a few weeks to by the end of the year.

Getting info out of Cartoon Network isn't all that easy, they don't even announce new shows until a week or two before they start.
