I saw these yesterday. They're straight-up reissues. Nappa and Raditz even have the super glossy paint jobs of the very early figures. Which makes me think they just repackaged leftover product. I didn't take a good look at the Buu & Hercule two pack. I thought Buu was repainted neon pink at first, but now that I can compare with my Buu I see it's not all that different. These things were definately a last minute decision. No one knew they were coming. They even reuse the same cardbacks as the Good vs. Evil two packs.
