Like you, I went about a month, but I did feel a difference. I gained weight and felt more sluggish. I prefer eating meat in moderation, but not to the point of vegetarian. I have no problem with anyone being a vegetarian. I respect their choice. And I expect them to respect mine.

So if I was in the bishop's ward and I was listening to a talk that referenced a scripture and I turned to it, I would be doing something wrong?

I've heard many church leaders say that it's wrong to read scriptures during the sacrament, but not during sacrament meeting.
