"I would be more willing to listen to the anti Iraq side of things if it didn't appear to be an all out assault on the Bush administration. I am no fan of his anymore either, yet there is suspision and distortions of the truth on both sides and I think a lot of you have been duped by a media and individuals who want nothing more than to get a liberal in office and will stop at nothing to that end."

History shows that a government will use and fuel terror to advance their agendas. Considering their agendas are being greatly advanced, I think it is very reasonable to consider this whole thing as being a scam. Look at what's happening around the world and try to understand why people are getting so upset.

This administration is receiving powers they could have only dreamed of while sipping tea at their local Bohemian clubs. There's too much wrong here for me to think of them as loving human beings who care about the Iraqis enough to liberate them. A bad tree cannot bring forth good fruit.

Get a liberal in office? Yikes!!! Most of us here have nothing to do with mainstream media (the media that advocates neo-liberalism.) It is owned by corporations who finance campaigns and by governments who help out corporations. Anything you here on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, etc... has very little to do with the truth. A liberal in office? LOL...

I understand you are sensitive regarding the military thing... But understand that no one is really singling them out... Perhaps some few individuals are, but I certainly am not. It's when people talk about how the troops in Iraq are fighting for my freedom that I get annoyed. They need to be at home protecting their homes and playing with their children. Iraq is a waste of time, money, liberty, and life.
