Weightman, who was relieved over Walter Reed, was indeed a fall guy. He had been in command for less than seven months and was expected to know about and fix all the problems in that time? When Kiley, the previous commander
had been there for several years and did NOTHING? I hope Weightman gets a lawyer and gets his career back. Especially since Kiley was the problem and is now getting a free pass to fix what he should have fixed before he left.

He lived across the street from building 18 and was NEVER inside it.
