You Aunt sounds like a wonderful woman and a joy to know.

My Great Grandfather lived very healthy until he was 88.
He was outside building a dog house, he came in and sat down in his favorite chair, fell asleep and passed away in his sleep.
He got to spend his life healthy and independant until the end.
He died in 1977.
His wife died one yr later....in the same chair and in her sleep!

I was to young to know much about their diet. And the Grandma I lived with didnt let me visit them much..long story..they were the parents of her passed away first husband and their was bad blood between them.
I do remember them and got to visit them about once a yr.
They died just as I was becomming an adult.
They were very nice big hearted people.
