And there you raise another valid point about electing righteous people. I do not consider Ron Paul the be all end all of good people, as he had a chance to stand for right when Traficant was railroaded out. Ironic that Gary Condit was one of the few who stood by him and then he was smeared. I tend to agree with you about Bush, and wonder how much he has done on his own with the information that he has been given.

I will be praying this week before conference, because while I KNOW we are going to hear some of the same things, we are going to be held to a standard of NOW, as immediate as we can. I think the church is headed for even more trials as we shed the trappings of the world...debt, excess stuff and refine our lives on many levels.
