Subject: I had a friend who......
In reply to: Deborah 's message, "In answer" on 20:12:39 04/08/06 Sat

told me about his friend who got punched by a man because he was in a peace march(anti-Iraqi war). Then man then reminded him he was anti-violence...at that the punched man got up and flatened him....reminding him that anti-war does not mean anti-.........anti......selfdefence!!!!
LOL

:-D

On a more seriouse note.
Until it happened to me I never really understood the pain involved with loseing a child.
I have lost both my parents and the grandparents that rasied me and lost ALL of my greatgrandparts(as an adult so I knew them real well and was close to them). I have lost other close family members.
I have been through a divorse(1st husband).
Add all of that pain up and it does not come close to the pain of losing ones child.

I agree. This war in Iraq is wrong. If any of my children must die I want it to be for a reason. Not for the whims of a spoiled brat who wants his way....yes I mean that guy in the White House...who never in his life ever never had to stand on his own two feet.

gotta go

Blessings
Jean
