T should fight like the dickens. Although Bimbox is right about the PO being a puesdo government job, still T should not have to put up with that crap. He should file suit, and pour on the publicity. The PO may decide to reverse their decision given enough negative consequences.
Sexual Harrassment isn't just an employee that has authority over you, but anyone who makes the workplace uncomfortable by sexual comments or actions. I had a daughter who worked at Dairy Queen with a co-worker who made constant comments about her breasts. That is definately sexual harrassment, although he had no power to threaten her job. Sexual harrassment is wrong, but often the charges are whacked also. Just asking someone on a date is not sexual harrassment, although some have claimed it is.
