Agreed...however as I mentioned above, I think that the framers didn't even think marriage would even be an issue, since most people believed that marriage was between a man and a woman. I guess the problem we are left with now is how do you fix the problem of marriage in one state, being honored in all 50? I guess that we are getting off the original point. I actually do agree that it should be left to the states to decide.
