Have x boxes, Ipods either. We do have a super nintendo and a nintendo 64. They are older. They get games off ebay most of the time from the money they earn. SOMETIMES MAYBE at Christmas they will get a new game or a used one off ebay.

I have a friend that works at a consignment shop and when theings are ready to throw out she lets me look at them to see if there is anything I want for the kids.
She also works there and her pay is the stuff that is being sold. She sometimes gathers stuff for the kids, since they are her adopted grandkids.
The people who bring her their stuff to sell agree that anything they bring could be thrown out or donated instead of sold..unless they request it be given back if it is not going to be sold.MOST DO NOT WANT this.

anyway.

NO kids do not have to cost as much as they say they do.

Now if you put your children in childcare and have several young kids and you eat all your meals out and you sign your kids up for everything there is(gymnastics and the like) and they have to have all the newest hipest clothes and toys...then yes. IT COST a LOT!
Heck that kind of life style would cost a lot if it was only two grown ups!!!!!

The world is NUTS!, OUT OF CONTROL,....and everyone one just needs to get overthemselves!
Well ok not everyone...just those who think they know everything.
I bet those so called experts who are tellilng us how much it cost to raise kids dont even have any!!!!
Kindof like those so called experts that say white sugar does NOT cause a bunch of kids to get hyper!
I can bet they never have been to a kids b-day party with red punch, ice cream and cake with plenty of frosting!
They say they are not hyper because of the sugary things but because of the activities...bull pucky!
I have been to a kids b-day party when there was only healthy things to eat but lots of active activities...yes they were hyper but not as strung out as the parties with all the mega junk!
