The Visible Policy

Rather than cluttering Brent's "Welcome!" thread with posts about my personal site, I decided to start a new one. The message subject is appropriate, and forum visitors can ignore this thread if not interested.

First I'll reply to the comments in Brent's thread.

Jim and Keith, thank you for your encouragement. The Visible Policy had been dormant for about 6 months. Considerable restructuring was planned, but I was burned out. A couple weeks ago, NYLIC unknowingly reinvigorated the effort when they sent my sixth annual policy summary.

Jim, I am especially happy you caught some of my dry humor. No one had ever commented on it before without me prodding them with a specific question. You probably were trying some dry humor of your own when you mentioned "Barny". Only problem is, I don't understand the reference.

Brent, I publicly thank you for your early feedback last year, when the site was not even announced yet.
