Actually, I am none of the above. "Informed consumer" might fit. Brent invited me here because of my web site. It is an exhaustive dissection of my whole life policy from New York Life.

The 2nd link leads to a succinct activity statement for my latest policy year. For comparison with your own products or policies, you can quickly cycle through the annual tables. Each table has left and right arrows in its title bar, for the previous and next year. My tables are more complete than the official summaries sent out by NYLIC, and they consistently represent the policy year in a manner which makes them easy to compare.
