As for the urinating, my first guess is it's a marking/territorial thing, but to be safe I would take her in to the vet to ensure she doesn't have a UTI. Do you notice that she's urinating more or straining to urinate? Is she drinking more than normal?

As for the chewing, you don't mention what was in the bags...was it something irresistable? I can tell you that most cresties have a penchant for paper and LOVE to turn it into confetti...nothing unusual there. But, if this is a new thing for her, you need to stop and think what in her life has changed. Are you gone from home more, is there a new boyfriend/roommate, has your/her daily schedule changed, anything of that nature?

As for "yelling" at her, unless you actually catch her in the act, you're yelling at her is having zero effect. All she knows is you're upset about something from your tone of voice and body language, but cannot connect the previous behavior with your response. Dogs are not children, they do not understand every word you say (although sometimes it seems they sure do) and they live in the moment. If she indiscriminately tore up something hours (or even minutes) before you see the evidence, she has no idea why you're upset, she's simply reacting to your reaction. The best advice I can give you is if you don't catch her in the act, point to it and tell her "no, bad girl," pick up the mess and move on...and next time don't leave anything tempting within her reach. I don't mean for this to sound callous or uncaring, it's just simply is doggy logic 101...if you don't see the behavior and correct it mid-act, disciplining is pointless and will only serve to have the potential to cause more unwanted behavior issues.

Hope that helps.
