No it is not a rash. It is a pimple breakout. I have been using kalaya emu oil pet shampoo, contioner, and spray. You had suggested this in one of you messages. I had gotten rid of the pimples until i shaved her again.It looks like there is infection in the pimples. I will call my Vet. Why the out break when i shave her?
