Thank you very much for shedding some light on this situation. At least I feel a bit better knowing why she is like this. Never a good idea to purchase from a "shop" as I have found out. It is not a good, positive resemblance of what the dog is supposed to be. I was caught off guard by the "Look at that puppy in the Window" bug. I had been researching Chinese Cresteds prior to buying her, and never dreamed I would actually find one fairly close to home. I let my guard down even after having read about the mills, and knowing it is a no-no.

Thank you for letting me know they are master manipulators! Yes, a great idea to put her in obedience class.
