 Hi Tanya, the reason the doggy litterbox thing didn't work is because it has a plastic grate that goes over a shallow plastic tray. The grate openings are too large for my dog's tiny paws - and too hard & uncomfortable. My little guy is only 2 1/2 pounds. I don't want to name the manufacturer since it probably works for bigger dogs. I also felt that, at 35.00, it was not worth it - not until I received it in the mail. Hoping I can get my $ back!
I'm going to leave a new message on the Crest Care message board with a new heading, this time regarding litter box training.
