A Form 4 student had verbally insulted a female teacher. It all started when the teacher was
teaching in class, and she discovered that the student had not been paying attention. She
scolded him and asked him to come to the front of the class to solve a mathematical question.
He refused to do so and the teacher repeatedly asked him to go to the front. After several
times, the teacher asked him to stand up as a gentle punishment for not paying attention in
class. He got very angry and that was when he loudly and aggressively scolded the teacher
with obscene remarks. The student was then sent to the disciplinary teacher for further action
and punishment. The teacher was extremely angry and refused to have him in her class
anymore.
