Tetapi, untuk pengetahuan saudara/i, pihak kaunseling online hanya mempunyai 2 kaunselor tetap iaitu saya dan iqbal manakala yang lain adalah jawapan atau bantuan ikhlas daripada pelawat-pelawat lain yang melawat laman ini. Tuduhan saudara/i bahawa pihak kami gilakan wang adalah tidak berasas sama sekali kerana laman ini adalah laman web percuma yang disediakan bertujuan untuk membantu orang yang memerlukan bantuan. Kami tidak pernah meminta sebarang balasan seperti wang atau seumpamanya. Kami buat ikhlas bagi mengurangkan bebanan yang dialami.
