Its strongly not recommended. If I recall correctly, you pretty much have to disassemble the whole computer. I'm pretty sure the service manual is not available for sale, but if it is, you would surely need to get it from ASE.
It might be worth it to have ASE do it for you, unless you can get the service manual.
