i had also made up a floppy with format.com on it along with the cd drivers. still have the same problem, i also believe it a driver problem and like u have not found it yet. i do believe i will send it in and see if it can be replaced and if i get the same problem then it is either a software problem or a bios problem. by the do u have a copy of the "supend to disk" floppy. i believe my floppy may have corupted it. u can email it if u would...thank S.Allen
