Back when Transmonde was in business I sent my machine
in for overnight service twice. Both times it returned
without any kind of note attached to explain what they'd
done to fix it.

Not only that, but it was returned so fast that by the
time I called they had already shipped it back to me and
nobody in the shop remembered what had been done to it.
Very frustrating when they don't tell you what was wrong.
