Subject: A constitution draft/ My collaegues and Snowstar, as well as common beasts may voice ther opinions. ( this is just a draft.)

ooc note: Ok, I might be a crewbeast, I might be a newby, but I know what I'm drafting here. Also, if one is promoted by competency through interviews it would for the most part keep the captain of a ship an active one.

BIC: Aye, but I believe that the beasts all have the right to disagree with the senate. If the majority as well as the queen support this coming draft, I guess it will be law.
My personal draft of the new constitution and other amendments is as follows: ( This'll only be here if allowed by popular vote and the queen's veto.)





We, the people of Fort Nightshade herby ordain in this meeting between the society of equals in which we call the senate. We now, as the beasts and majority of Fort nightshade support this document granting and promising our privlages, duties, rights, and so on. We the people of this great fort now have our rights in the preceeding document.



1.We have the right to be full-fledged citizens within this realm.
2.We have the right to vote for our representatives and other voting subjects.
3.We have the right to be judgedby competency rather then wealth.
4.We have the right to speak our minds openly.
5.We have the right to give our opinions to our elected representatives within the senate house.
6.We have the right to have a personal opinion about a beast within the fort. Wether it be of good grace or ill willing.
7.We have the right to own a weapon of choice to fight an enemy and to protect our land and families from harm of ill tidings.
8.We have the right to bear witness to unfolding international events unless it is for the sake of our fatherland's security that we do not mention it's contents.
9.We have the right to own a slave and to have slaves.
10.We have the right to hurt prisonersd of war and tortre them in any way necessary to keep the fatherland safe.
11.We have the right to establish another form of government ( Keeping Snowstar ) if popular majority and the Queen's will to do so.
12.we have the right to put down rebellions against the senate and it's legislators, as well as to protect any demcratic houses that may come up in the future times.
13. We have the right to swear allegiance to the fatherland ( Fort Nightshade ) and the senate's whim. ( Ok, Snowstar, this isn't saying you can leave it's just saying the monarch rules by the hand of the people. )
14. We have the right to openly show our beliefs.
15. We have the right to support the senate as well as oppse it as long as our actions are not happened, or ended with violence.
16. We have the right to fight a beast of our people if it is in the right.
17. We ALL have the right to run for senate and any other future governmental houses and create our opinionated political parties.

philosophical rules to help the fatherland


The queen who rules us, rules by the people's senate and her great paw as well as the people.

The people have the right, honor, duty, and privlage have the order to destroy revolts against our queen and the senate without causes in the right.

The beleif system in which we live by,Democracy, will not be infringed by any politics, war, corruption ect.

The people of this fort will follow their leaer faithfully, unless their leader is positively working against our fatherland and the constitution's well-being.

The queen and her senators will be kept safe and under guard ( The senate house will be under guard that is.) At any time in which we find probable cause of conspiration, war, or assassination.

The beasts of this fort may show discontent with aspects of our government and discontent against certain political parties or individuals inside and outside of politics and the armed forces.

The armed forces has the right to go to war when it a declaration of war is passed.

The people's personal and governmental rights will not be infringed by any power seekers or enemies of democracy ond our government.

A common crewbeast has the right in which to rise to a hiher rank based on his skills at leadership and other skills. ( Which will be shown by RPing, e-mail conversations with leaders, and conferences with ther captains or the queen herself. This action will allow one to rise to the top and not need money to do so for the activities do not prove one's RPing and leadership skills an RPer needs to be a good RPer and a good RPing leader.

A certain shop will be granted to those on the message board with periodic postings of a menu and so on. It will show what weapons you can buy, based on your coins. UYou'll get coins by the activities. And a periodiodic e-mail to Snowstar on who bought what, and for how much. In her monthly updates she'll lower one's coins and make more weapons accordingly. With weapons they'll be able to buy food, poison, drinks, clothig, healing herbs, ect. This act will encourage one to do activities, and get promoted based on skills on RPing and what you need for your next rank. One can only be promoted once every 5 weeks or different according to Snowstar's updates. If one does not have an active captain, ask Snowstar for an interview. (This was a kinda OOC rule, now it may take some time to get this organized but when done so it'll be a lot more fun and interesting as well as fair!)

In conclusion, we the people of Fort Nightshade herby open demcracy into the hearts of us vermin, in declaring that our great queen now has a senate and her people to lead and freedom to gain! Long live fort nightshade!!!!!!!
