"Well for a newbie you sure did get into the swing of things rather quickly.

One thing I had a question on was, what about the Admirals, who have already proven their leadership abilites? Not neccassarily in this war or by interviews, but by leading raiding parties, capturing slaves, and generally acting for the good of the Fort. Will they be just pushed aside because another beast had a good interview?

To go along with the advancement to ships captain/Admiral, there should be a challenge for the rank. Because I know for a fact some current Admirals, myself included, will not give up the postion so easliy. WE worked hard under the old system to get where we are today, and if we are to accept this new policy, there should be something to give us a chance to name our succeor or have the final word on it."

*Stands with arms crossed over his chest leaning on the door frame, looking down toward the senate floor. A small smile on his face.*
