Subject: Another speech

If you elect me as Secreatry of Peace I will know ahead when to fight when to make peace. Also I would be frindly to the Secorty of War, Secorty of Defense, Sneate, Snowstar, and to any outher beast. Also when I go to the fort we are battling I will be nice and assrgivse. Also argee with him at any cost. That is good for us and them. After we agree or not argee then I will talk to the Sneate, Secorty of War and Defense, and the leader Snowstar. I will talk to them and we will decusis on that matter. When reach the judgement then one of us will tell you if we agree on that. That is what I would do if you elected me as Secorty of Peace.
