Subject: Some fairly basic tactics you have there comrade, and you've got the right idea. But, I'm a bit confused. To "Agree with him at any cost" as you say, wouldn't that be highly foolish? If we were to agree with an enemy totally, then they would be getting what they want at our costs! Also, I believe that negotiations with enemies should be done by the Secretary of War, but perhaps with the Secretary of Peace as council..
