"My fellow Senators, I am not the best warrior that Fort Nightshade has. I am a Politician and a strategian, a sailor, and a soldier. But it is my personal opinion that this Darkmoon could be brought down by a single, well planned and well carried out attack. However, we no longer have allies in this war, so such a move would be impossible. I believe that falls under the duties of our Secretary of Peace, so I will not get into that. This is not the subject that I am going to talk about, however. I am going to talk about a Constitution for Nightshade. We are in need of one, so that everyone is clear on their duties, and what they can and can't do in their present position. A Constitution could strengthen Nightshade immeasurably. NO one would have doubts about their place in Nightshade, and no one would contest the power of the Senate."

I agree with both of ye, that we should have some form of Constitution. But, I think that it should be made by the her Highness Snowstar and the current Senate, with in-put from the civilians. I did like your Constitution and thought it quite good, but believe the Queen and the Senate should write the Constitution with in-put from those who reside within thy walls of Fort Nightshade.
