*The white hare stands on a chair, with a glass and tapping upon it with a spoon, the sound getting everybeasts attention. The kindness of a gentlebeast can be seen in his face as he looks around the area, and then begins to give his speech.*

Friends of the Senate, Secretarial offices, and those of citizenship. I may be nought but a newcomer to these lands, but I can not pledge anything for no beast should be able to pledge anything unless they know for a fact they can accomplish the promises that they are going/have made. So therefore, I promise one thing I know I can give all beasts within Fort Nightshade, such a grand place, and that is PEACE and by providing peace this also provides PROTECTION for those who cannot defend themselves like the young and the old.
Your safety is my main concern and I WILL NOT have the lives of fellow beasts endangered by those who believe they can do so. I am here to only help Fort Nightshade by negotiating PEACE with beasts and clubs who show friendliness towards us, no towards YOU, THE BEASTS OF FORT NIGHTSHADE!!!
All YOUR thoughts and opinions will go into the making of these peace agreements, with only one thought on mind, to protect Fort Nightshade and those who reside within its walls! I WILL NOT sit on my butt in an office while others are out fighting a war for peace, but I will be standing beside them, fighting with them.

I never said I'd be negoitating peace with Silar Darkmoon...Nor did I say I was going to with anybeasts that have our beasts captive, I said I would be right there standing beside others fighting them for peace...   - Kliset my apoligies if I sounded in anyways rude. When you said to make peace considering we're at war with Darkmoon, I saw it best to make a simple example. I might of sounded that I was focusing on you but I was really taliking about what I would do and not as your pledges in your speech. My apologies if sounded blunt bu it was not meant to be.
