"The best way to keep slim"
Nowadays, almost girl believe slimmer is beautiful imagine. Because many magazines medal are very thin. For example, the Japan fashion design is very poplar for teenagers in Asia; also they used slim girls to promote it. And, Hong Kong artists have becoming slim.
In the world, there have many ways to keep slim, but also have many bad ways to solve this problem, such as medicine and surgery. If you try medicine to lose your weight, it only can affect your health. Now, many keep fit companies have attracted more customers, so they would tell you that if you join them, you could relax and enjoy in your keep fit. You don’t believe it, because it doesn’t keep slim forever, and you will use much money. Only exercise and diet can be help you to keep slim.
Doctor said that enough exercise could improve your health and lose your weight. The government has made a video to tell me, we should do30 mines exercise every day. Then, we have a strong body. And, it can lose some present of your bodies fat. If you keep to do exercise for some times, you will discover you should have a good effect in keep fit.
On the other hand, more eating is one of the reasons to increase your weight. But we are very difficult to find a health diet. Diet isn’t meaning you don’t eat anything. It is meaning decrease your frequency of eating. Everyday, you should control your enter lowly energy. If you are hungry, you can choose some low kcal snacks to eat. This is a good way to salve this problem.
Although slimmer is not health, but if you want to keep slim, you should choose a way carefully. If not, you may destroy your health.
