DUHHHH!

So yes the wealthy benefit from the tax cut! It makes sense they PAY ALL THE TAXES! "the folks who need it" don't make enough money to hardly count as far as the amount of money they pay in taxes. They dont pay WHY SHOULD THEY BENEFIT?

Okay I'm not yelling I was enphasizing :)
