Tommy.... what are you getting at? What's on your mind? I know there's more to that than just a passing question. So you better tell me what's up :)
But to answer your Q:
It doesn't make sense that he would be sinful like us. If that were the case why couldn't anybody just die for us? Here is my point. He had to be perfect, because in being perfect, he had the option of taking the sins of the world upon himself. Had he any sin of his own, he wouldn't have even had that choice. He would have shared the same fate as all those who were sinful Tommy. He would have HAD to die, but as it was, he didn't have to die, yet he basically chose to do that for us.
So, that can not really be an option for him to be sinful like us. But I really want to know the reason you asked that.
But hypothetically, I wouldn't care if he was sinful or not. If he was still my redeemer I would love the man all the same. I don't try to put limits on God, but nor do I understand Him in any way but in the most miniscuel way. I love Him for what he did for me, and for what he is, my God and my redeemer, my savior.
