One might ask if discussion on the Glenbrook hazing is appropriate on this baord, but I feel that since it touches on issues of
mob mentality and blind obedience, other Drunks might be interested.

So if you have seen the tape, what disturbs you more, the senior girls smear shit on the junoir girls,

Amazing; today's credit binging, mallspoiled stuck up as fuck American Girls even THINKING of touching shit? Something must've motivated that! Perhaps they were soooo socialized into group think that the first time they got in charge-look out!

or the fact that you never
see the junior girls tackle one of the senior girls en masse, in the hopes that making an example of her will make the other back
off.

Here's where I get serious.

This is my theory; when you grow up in a social fabric that pushes "teamwork" and acting in groups, and discourages individuality and self-defense, to the point where any victim is likely to be passive, you're inviting a Glenbrook, a Columbine, the concentration camps.

A Glenbrook as in those Juniors are disempowered to preserve their own well being and dignity and at the same time conditioned to "belong". Those fools were probably starved of attention by their parents, and definetly starved of any common sense. Common sense would have done wonders; you'd seen a shit smeared catfight between the Juniors and Seniors. The idiot Principal would've suspended them, but I always looked upon suspension as vacation from seven hours of stuptefying boredom. They could've maxed out their credit cards like lemmings and replaced the clothes that got trashed with pride, instead of being a nationwide media joke.

A Columbine, as in the Beavis and Butthead of schoolyard shooters Harris and Klebold; inevitably there will be individuals strong enough to overcome the corporate state brainwashing that passes for Public Schools BUT DOESN'T HAVE THE MATURITY OR THE WISDOM TO NOT RANDOMLY LASH OUT. Coerced conformity will always produce rebels, especially when their narcotics are not administered and they go through ritalin withdrawl. At the same time, HOW COME NOBODY IN THAT SCHOOL COULD FUCKING GET TOGETHER AN AMBUSH?! HOW FUCKING HARD IS IT TO COME UP BEHIND TWO UNTRAINED NERDS WITH A BASEBALL BAT OR EVEN SOME ARCHERY EQUIPMENT? Programmed helplessness. And the COPS! Standing outside on "perimeter duty" with their fingers scratching their asscracks as someones son or daughter gets murdered-THEY'RE THE ONES "ENTITLED" TO CARRY GUNS IN MODERN AMERICA WHY THE FUCK DIDN'T THEY STEP UP TO FUCKING BAT AND GET IN THERE?! Probably because they were "following orders" and standing out there with their dicks in the wind. Programmed helplesness of a different sort-to induce obedience. Believe me, if that shit had happened in Compton the gangbangers would've cut those geeks down before they could finish their first Nietchze quote.

A Warsaw Ghetto, as in that's what's gonna happen someday in America. It's happened before; they're called Reservations. A rebel, NOT like Kelbold and Harris named Mordecai Anielewicz organized Jewish Resistance in 1943. A movie was on NBC last year; basically with a few rifles and pistols and some desperate courage they tied up a whole SS Division with Tiger tanks and everything! Eventually they were burned out with fire. Someday, something similar will happen in America again.

Do they need to be accepted that badly? How many of them will we see in a few years on Sorority Life?

Like I wrote above, but I'll expand more; Americans are all whining about "I want my self-esteem", yet we are infantilized so that we cannot find this within our own devices; we must go to our social groups, our church, and ultimatly the State, and it is this dependency that is helping to enslave this nation. We are to those behind the scenes that manuvered us all into this situation nothing more than the Human Race in the Matrix is to the machines.

By the way, those shit covered bitches will probably land on Sorority Life. There will be a cheesy "I survived" book by the victims and a cheezy TV Movie-but get the real lesson they never shall. (By the way I found the first season hypnotic in a Real World way, but now it's devolved into who can come up with a new prank. I tuned out.)

Well, at least the American public is getting a look at the behavior that spawned Columbine. What gets me are the parents of
the hazers. Brittany (or Katelin, or whatever) is getting dropped by Stanford! She can't go to the prom! Her life is ruined! She
might do jail time with the unwashed masses!

Well, nobody put a gun to her head and forced her to choke another girl with pig intestines. And you just know that if this
happened in an inner city school, Fox News would be covering it round the clock.

The underclasses seeth every time Laci Peterson, Elizabeth Smart, or the Glenbrook bitches are brought up on Faux News. Where's the outrage over THEIR people being kidnapped, raped, robbed and murdered? I'm a white dude, but I can tell you the blacks and hispanics have a lot more resiliance than most whites outside a trailer park-because they HAVE TO. Eventually, resiliance wears down, and we'll have another series of race riots-revolutions even. Just wait until the government can't send out their welfare checks. Black and brown rage will boil over and help finish off this country.

But that's what the Corporate Elite want, those Retarded Blueblooded Psychopaths. After America bites the dust one way or another, those shit covered Glenbrook Bitches and their idiot yuppie parents will be starving and looking for safety. Since the rest of the world's been brought down already, it's America's turn and they won't be mallshopping for new clothes-they'll be slaving away someplace for the bread and shantytown they'll be grateful for. It's all part of a master plan and we are all victims. And I don't care if I do sound like a kook about it, it just makes too much sense this way for it not to be.

If anything, that tape reminded me of junior high, in the Washington DC suburbs, straight out of Heathers, believe me. No
hazing incidents to speak of (but then again video cameras were $6K back in 1987), but the same sadistic behavior by spoiled
rich kids that gives socalism its perennial appeal...

I saw some of the same behavior myself Sister. But better times are coming... just as soon as the Cheney/Bush Junta finishes getting the rest of the world fighting pissed off at us and sends the last job to them. With all of America out of work, the world will have nobody left to sell the goods they made on the machines we made, our parents slaved on, and the Corporate State ultimately shipped off to them. Then the rest of the world will have no reason left not to go to war against us as Cheney's made it clear he's on his "war without end" kick, so why not attack us?

The good times will come... after the bombs and the diseases, and the full blown police state and the revolution that will surely follow it. Probably in a decade or two, if you can survive.
