agreed... we know that Harm is taking mattie with him at some point because he did indeed say he wasn't going anywhere without her.. Being somewhere near or around 16... With only two years to go until she's a legal adult.. I doubt there's any reason to adopt her. Lots of people are legal guardians for a child's entire life without ever adopting them... Well, let's just pretend that they do have a baby, right about the time Mattie turns 18 and leaves home. That could be a setup for a great fanfic, but since I don't have any kids (yet) I wouldn't even know how to write something like that. I'll leave that one to the more experience fanfic writers.
