Parris Island Story; Judi, Cece, Supy, and Teresa just WOULDN'T let me watch VicYuck. They are too shikkered here. (NT) -- Nan - help I'm trapped by a band of shipper come lately's, 00:15:42 04/30/05 Sat

Hey!!! I have been a shipper since day ONE. Theresa and Supy are also big time shippers. And the BIG news is the the RDOL IS A BONA FIDE SHIPPER! Yayyyyyyy. (NT) -- Cece, 01:32:46 04/30/05 Sat

Hooray! Welcome, Judi, to the the "light side." LOL! (NT) -- Yoda Dancer, 02:36:17 04/30/05 Sat

Judi's wasn't the only "deathbed conversion" last night, Cece! (NT) -- The Chief (returning to the "Faith" after a 6-season hiatus), 14:21:06 04/30/05 Sat

Welcome back, Chief. Or is that Han Solo's favorite girl? (NT) -- Dancer - Does that make Judi "Obi Wan?", 14:41:13 04/30/05 Sat

Brava, TH! Excelletn summation. I especially like that part about passionate HMS all the live-long day. Soon their apartment will be filled with lots of baby Rabb-its. :) (NT) -- Puck, 00:17:16 04/30/05 Sat

I hardly payed any attention to Vic's story so have to take your word for it. I agree on Mac not answering her actions and looks spoke louder than any words. (NT) -- Hope, 00:17:52 04/30/05 Sat

I have to agree Hope in the beginning I had my hackles up...but after he told her he loved her it was like someone turned a light on inside her...she was even prettier...she looked and acted like a different person....I enjoyed this...alot (NT) -- mkim, 00:30:11 04/30/05 Sat

I think she had given up that they could be a couple and that is why she was trying to be excited by SD. But she was 100 times happier after and when she was in his arms at the bar. *SIGH* (NT) -- Hope, 00:32:52 04/30/05 Sat
Hey Hope, Harm was definitely happier too. (NT) -- HiG, 00:34:20 04/30/05 Sat

Yes he was. We haven't seen him that happy and I don't know when. (NT) -- Hope - still on cloud nine, 00:36:11 04/30/05 Sat

Altho I would love a whole season of it, I'll take five minutes of Happy Harm over a lifetime of nothin' special. (NT) -- The Chief, 00:46:21 04/30/05 Sat

Stop it girl...yopu steel magnolia you!!!! (NT) -- mkim Jackson Latry Junior wasnt half bad..but he was no Harm!!!!, 00:49:12 04/30/05 Sat

I especially like the murdered Ensign story line. Tonight's episode could have been improved by losing Vic in the swamp a minute after he got there. (NT) -- Carol R, 01:09:59 04/30/05 Sat

Excellent TH! Im glad Mac is forever safe with Harm now because Vic is becoming Coster jr. (NT) -- Roger, 01:12:16 04/30/05 Sat

TH, as always, your analysis goes right to the heart of the matter. "JAG" was about Harm's journey. The fact that his "co-pilot" needed to be Mac is a secondary theme. 3) Excellent point. 4) "Can I get an 'Amen?' as to 1) I didn't watch it on principle, but now that I know I got my lollipop, I'll go back and try it. Excellent post, TH (NT) -- Dancer - who thinks that "plot" scenario is a scream, 01:25:55 04/30/05 Sat

Very nice, TH. I fast forwarded through the Vic story, but next time, I'll try to watch it with your post in mind. Maybe I'll be able to stomach him. But I might still edit his scenes (except for that excellent one in Mac's office) out and just have him disappear to Parris Island. LOL! (NT) -- nancyeddy-who could handle Mikey's two scenes, but kept asking *why* we needed to see Vic at all!, 01:32:45 04/30/05 Sat

In regard to point #2 - It's not really the END of the journey for Harm..... he's just changing planes! Whether the change happens at Heathrow or Lindberg Field (SD) is up for debate (but I'm going w/ Heathrow) (NT) -- The Chief (jealous of the BritTarts who get to keep watch over Harm for the next phase of his career!), 01:36:01 04/30/05 Sat

It seems most people think the coin toss spelled London. I for one think it might have been SD. I honestly don't think Harm would have minded that. He's from CA, his mom is there, and Mac, Mattie and Harm would have family nearby. JMO, but I think Harm and Mac ended up in SD. I'm glad that Mac told Harm he was a great dad and that she appreciated his efforts with Mattie. They would become an instant family, which kind of made the pact of 5 years ago, become a reality. (NT) -- my2kats, 13:31:53 04/30/05 Sat

I have spent HOURS rethinking the coin toss. I feel it really did not matter what side was up. They had each other, and would go from there. I REALLY think Mac just wanted to know that he would give it all up for her and would probably decide herself that she wanted motherhood more than a career at that point. She doesn't have a lot of chance or time. They must make the most of their opportunities. (NT) -- can j - also going with Heathrow., 14:08:22 04/30/05 Sat

But, Harm had already given it all up for her in Paraguay. She wanted him to prove it again? I don't think that was what Mac was thinking. I do think that it was Heads though and Mac will not only be okay with that but actually relieved. Now she can work towards that elusive goal that Harriet has, a happy home life with the man she loves and lots of little Harms running around. (NT) -- Bree - beyond thrilled and relieved that they're together forever now!, 14:43:17 04/30/05 Sat

Great analysis, TH. You always see things that I don't. I can now happily watch these scenes again. (NT) -- Ann, 13:15:45 04/30/05 Sat

Didn't it end as more of a parallel to Vic's so-called life? DB even planned Vic's past as similar to Harm's. (NT) -- Carol R, 13:33:44 04/30/05 Sat
