We talked about this down below in the thread I posted about favorite line was part. I think we decided someone in the office probably told him. It would be somewhat common knowledge for those that had been a JAG for a while and while I would hope no one would talk about it I�m sure there are some that would. It seemed strange to me, but then I remembered that he knew all sorts of things about people. Remember Harm's partner Andy in the CIA? He had "done his homework." I think that Vic had done his.
