Subject: This has been bugging me since about the 2nd or 3rd time I've watched the ending of "Fair Winds and Following Seas": In both of the other coin tosses (during "Silent Service" and "Tribunal"), Mac called heads both times. Why did she choose tails this time? I'm curious to see if everyone thinks this is significant or just is just coincidence.
