Regarding that scene, I've been wondering what advice Mac wanted from Harm. When he said, "I need your advice," she said, "Good. 'Cause I need yours." (paraphrasing) She never really said what advice she was looking for, though. She asked a bunch of questions, but nothing requiring advice. (NT) -- shygirl, 23:15:18 05/19/05 Thu

Maybe when he asked her about real estate she was so surprised she decided to keep things impersonal...I wondered too. (NT) -- manette, 00:12:56 05/20/05 Fri

Does anyone think she was going to try and lead into the same thing she did in his apartment - you and me? Although, I don't know how she could have used advice to lead into the subject (NT) -- Chris k, 01:26:38 05/20/05 Fri

If he asked her what advice she needed, she could have said, "I want you to tell me how to go on without you. I've never been able to do it before." Then he could have said, "maybe you don't have to go on without me." And she could respond, "what did you have in mind?" And the rest would work itself out. Or, she could have gone with a sexier approach. "I need you advice, should I wear the black teddy, or the red silk camisole when I seduce you?" LOL (NT) -- Theresa, 02:34:10 05/20/05 Fri

Basing their body expressions and faces real estate is their cover-up when deep down they really just wonna see each other. Its more like let's house hunt together shall we? Season 7 Harm did mention to Harriet in season 7 he will only buy a house when he's married::happy sigh:: (NT) -- NevadaGH, 01:32:06 05/20/05 Fri

Hmm, how about "I'm going to start looking for a house in Bud and Harriets area, Should WE be looking at Houses or apartments, what real estate company ( we call them estate agents here) should I go with?? (NT) -- Em-Jay, 08:21:51 05/20/05 Fri

Do you think they put personal stuff in I ask because in Mac's apartment she says "were you ready for all this", Harm replies "were you" - typical lawyer, (answeing a question with a question) and then she says " I have been dreading it for a while but now that it's here, it doesn't seem so bad" Think about it - they just found out about the moves why was she dreading it? I think she was talking about dreading the last episode with DJE because they had known from the beginning of the season this was his last.(NT)-- JB girlygirl, 15:36:52 05/20/05 Fri

I actually thought that comment referred to her thinking Creswell would separate them earlier in the season. I thought when she said it didn't seem so bad, Harm backed off realizing she obviously wasn't ready to try to talk about them. I think his comment about real estate was an opening trying to feel her out since she didn't seem ready to talk about them when he approached her in her office earlier. i think harm was actually thinking about talking alone with mac about their relationship, but i guess he never really gained the courage, i think maybe he wanted to have dinner and well spend some quality time with her, and maybe steal in a few kisses and well he might go home, but first he might stop at a ring shop (hint, hint) and a little bit later he pops the question, or maybe he wanted to tell mac really how he felt about her all along, ohh i got it now, i really didn't watch the whole episode cause i had to go to some stupid dinner, and i was really mad about it, so i think that harm was ready to talk you know, i think he should have said what he wanted to say to mac about his feelings for her, just have her sit on the couch and have time for a private conversation, and ohh you know they could have gone to the airport actually and well mac almost gets on the plane to san diego when harm realizes he doesn't want to lose her, and he comes after her, and well he tells her he is ready and proposes right there in front of a crowd of people, but actually it's the whole JAG office crew, they are all there to see mac off, except harm and he runs in the last minute, so they get married and they both quit the military (sorry i strayed off the subject, i just had that thought on my mind and i had to say it fast before i lose it).(NT)-- Melissa, 03:01:27 05/21/05 Sat
