Subject: The Finale - Yes, again... Inside
In reply to: ~~ 's message, "season ten, series finale: Fair Winds and Following Seas, April 29, 2005" on 15:23:11 04/28/05 Thu

I've listened and watched the last 7.5 minutes a million times and it still strikes me as very interesting that neither Harm nor Mac really blinked an eye when Harm proposed. Yes, they both were excited, but it seemed that they both took it for granted that is what they both wanted.

What I mean to say is, Harm didn't ask Mac to marry him; he stated, "Let's get married," to which Mac replied (after several nice kisses), "In London?" I think both of them knew that this was the only logical step to take. They both knew they couldn't live without the other. I liked the fact that Mac didn't say something like, "What? Are you kidding? We haven't even dated yet..." or something along those lines. She merely said, "In London?... If we're going to get married then one of us will have to give up..." I thought it was very, very nice. What do you all think about that?

One other thing. This is the happiest I've ever seen Mac look. EVER! It showed her in a completely different light and it's all because she and Harm finally got it right. Awh! My happy shipper heart. :-)
