Subject: Watson, Gillespie, Pollock

Do you know this family? Martha Gillespie b. 1827, Hurlet, Abbey, Paisley, married John Watson 7/27/1845 at Bothwell. Resided in Dalziel. John appeared in 1891 census in Dalziel. Martha apparently died in Dalziel, October 1904. It is believed that this couple raised a nephew, Thomas Gillespie Carruthers, who married Agnes Pollock of Dalziel in 1867. John Watson was a witness at the marriage. Thomas and Agnes emigrated to the US in 1868. Any information on any of these individuals would be greatly appreciated. Are there any descendents still residing in Dalziel or the surrounding area?
