This would be useless :-( it has not worked for 3 years and that is why we are making changes. I think if we scape what has been put here i pretty much think it will scrap the rules committee and sub committee and staff will take over and put up rules as we see fit cause it will show the committee is not working.

Nope not a option i have asked in the past and it is not something that will happen :-(
