The violent protest comes about out of the sheer frustration that nothing,abselutley nothing you say or do
going thru 'normal' channels has any effect on anthing this group of rich elitist pomps decised to do with our lives.

And ponder this...

These so called 'normal' 'acceptable' forms of protest were put in place by the very people we are protesting against!
so just how effective do u reckon they will be!

nothing has ever been accomplished by 'acceptable' protests..

The only reason poverty,ecology etc were even paid token lip service at these latest G8 talks was due to the relenltless pressure put on these dickwads starting with the seattle protests.

nope sorry..the genie was let out of the bottle in seattle when protesters discovered the media was the way to get things accomplished..

true..the leaders of the G8 countries are democratically elected
but they are now making unilateral global agreements that will alter the social and economic livbes of more then 1 billion people with abselutly zero public consultation and 99% of what they are doing isnt even made public..

one plan that bush is pushing in secret is to divert water from the great lakes (which supplies water to such little villages as Detroit,Toronto,Chicago,etc...) bush wants canada to agree to divert billions of gallons a year to the US midwest...
when asked why he felt he had the right ti take water jointly owned by the U.S. and canada (the american/canadian border runs down the middle of the great lakes) bush joked
"well we'll only take water from our side of the border!"

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH WHAT A JOKER EH?? HAHAHAHAHA
except hes so stupid i wouldnt be surprised if he really thought that.

sometimes when every other method has been exausted only violent protest is left as a means of getting the bastards attention!
