first year (grade9) 14-15
2nd year (grade10) 15-16
3rd year (grade11) 16-17
4th year (grade12) 17-18

you can see how i could mistake the girls ages to where ethel would be 17 or therebouts this year....

well theres no way i can put the character ethel into the
"girls of the female persuasion"..
in the pics from series 2 katys portraying a girl whos no more than 13....
